Fineline Window Dressings, a full service drapery workroom, was founded by Carolyn Rushing in 2002. They specialize in Soft Window Coverings, Upholstered Cornice Boards, Bed Coverings/Pillows & Accessories. Fine fabrics, trims and linings are carefully chosen for the uniqueness of each window and room décor. They are committed to constructing superior products with attention given to detail, and provide excellent customer service.

Carolyn is a CHF (Custom Home Furnishing Academy) Advanced Window Coverings Graduate and has attended other classes, seminars & trade shows. She supports WCAA National and WCAA Charlotte Chapter. She strongly believes that on going education is a must in this industry to keep abreast of the latest products and current trends.
